We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship throughout South Africa. For international orders, please contact us directly at dragy.capetown@gmail.com before placing your order.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We use trusted couriers such as Pudo, The Courier Guy, Aramex, and PostNet, depending on your location

  • Standard Delivery (Major cities): 1–3 business days

  • Outlying or rural areas: 3–5 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 1 PM are usually processed and dispatched on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 1 PM or over weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on what you’ve ordered. Some items are bulkier or more fragile and may cost more to ship than others. You’ll see the final delivery fee before completing your purchase.
