Refund policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return, in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

To qualify for a return:
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation email).

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — we won’t be able to process unsolicited returns.



Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items


Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, get in touch within 7 days so we can assess the issue and make things right.

In line with the CPA, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product is faulty or not as described, provided it hasn’t been tampered with or damaged through misuse.



Items That Can’t Be Returned


We unfortunately cannot accept returns for:
  • Perishable items (e.g., food, plants)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Sale or clearance items, unless they’re defective

Need a different size or colour? The quickest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.



Dragy Devices Warranty


All Dragy devices sold through our store come with a limited 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your device becomes faulty due to such a defect within the 3-month warranty period, we’ll replace the device or the faulty component at no cost to you.

Warranty Terms

  • The warranty applies only to devices used under normal conditions and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • It does not cover damage caused by:

    • Misuse or negligence
    • Accidental damage (e.g. drops, water exposure)
    • Modifications, tampering, or unauthorised repairs
    • Normal wear and tear

     

How to Claim

To make a warranty claim, please email us at dragy.capetown@gmail.com with:

  • Your proof of purchase
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video of the problem (if possible)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or advise on the next steps.

Please note: Shipping costs for returning the item may be your responsibility, unless the product is confirmed to be defective under this warranty.

Refunds


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, we’ll refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or credit provider to reflect the refund.
